History
There are days I think I should have been a history teacher. Then I imagine trying to make the Protestant Reformation interesting to a bunch of teenagers, and I decide that I definitely chose the right career path. Nevertheless, I do occasionally feel the need to delve into the history of something I find interesting, and when it's British, Irish, food related, or all of the above, I may even write a little of it and post a link here to the article on my home page. I hope you find it as interesting as I do!
